A wing-themed networking event featuring wings from restaurants all around Ocala and a wing-eating competition will return to downtown later this month.
King of the Wing will return to downtown Ocala on Tuesday, March 26, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This past week, Ocala City Council members approved a resolution allowing for the sale of alcohol within the downtown event zone for the event.
Multiple roadways will also be blocked off for the event, which doubles as a fundraiser.
Visitors will be able to sample a tasting of wings from participating restaurants, as well as two beverages of their choice.
In addition to wings, King of the Wing will also feature free give-aways, live music, and several vendors.
Tickets to attend the event are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
For more information, follow King of the Wing on Facebook or purchase your tickets through Eventbrite.
