The City of Ocala Cultural Arts Division is looking for artists to live paint double-sided metal panels during the 2024 Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series.
Hosted by the City of Ocala, the 10-week outdoor concert series will be held on Fridays, beginning on March 15 through May 17, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Webb Field at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Recreation Complex (1510 NW 4th Street in Ocala).
According to the City of Ocala Cultural Arts Division, participating artists will paint the 8-foot by 4-foot metal panels from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. during the concert series. Artists will get to choose their number of appearances.
These newly painted panels will eventually replace the current art panels at the Ocala Skate Park, which is located at 517 NE 9th Street in Ocala.
