A local bakery recently celebrated the grand opening of its second location in Ocala.
Last month, Soleil Bakery opened its newest shop at 2435 SW 27th Avenue, in the Shady Oaks Shopping Center.
The business, which also operates a bakery at 56 SE 1st Avenue in downtown Ocala, has a “passionate team of skilled bakers and confectioners” who are committed to “crafting artisanal treats that bring joy to our community,” according to Soleil Bakery’s website.
The menu includes a variety of sweet treats, from flaky rolls to velvety cakes, pastries, brownies, and delectable cookies.
As a dedicated gluten-free bakery, Soleil takes pride it its selection of “g-f delights,” including cinnamon rolls, French macarons, and Basque cheesecake.
In addition, Soleil Bakery offers keto, vegan, dairy-free, and soy-free options. The business states on its website that it offers treats for everyone, regardless of dietary needs.
Along with edible goodies, Soleil Bakery’s menu includes caffeinated beverages such as coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos.
Both of the bakery’s locations in Ocala are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday, with extended hours (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.) on Friday and Saturday.
The location at the Shady Oaks Shopping Center is also open on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
