A drive-thru coffee chain that opened its first location in Belleview last month will offer free drinks during its grand opening celebration this week.
Ellianos Coffee will host the event on Tuesday, March 26, at its new shop, which officially opened on February 13.
Located at 6147 SE Abshier Boulevard in Belleview, the drive-thru will offer one free drink to every car that visits from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
The business says it will also showcase samples of its Ellianos Edge energy drinks and baked pastries during the event. Additionally, multiple items will be raffled off to those in attendance.
The Belleview location is owned by Emery Abshier, whose family has a long history in Belleview. Abshier is a former city commissioner who has owned and operated a local insurance company for decades. His new coffee franchise is located along a roadway that derives its name from his family.
“We are excited to open our doors to the Belleview community and share our passion for quality coffee and exceptional service,” said Abshier in a press release. “Our grand opening is not just about introducing our brand to new friends, but also about building lasting relationships within the community.”
Ellianos serves espresso-based beverages, latte freezers, smoothies, and breakfast foods. Over the past several years, the company has expanded its footprint throughout Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
According to its website, the company is also planning to build locations at 4359 SE Maricamp Road in Ocala, 11572 N Williams Street in Dunnellon, and 13 West Noble Avenue in Williston.
In Lake County, one location has already opened in Eustis and another is planned for Leesburg.
In Alachua County, the company currently operates locations in Starke, Gainesville, Alachua, and Newberry.
In the Ocala market, the franchise joins OLA Drive-thru Coffee, which opened its first location in Ocala last June and its second location this past fall.
