Vivian Raye Davis

Vivian Raye Singleton-Davis (83) of Ocala, FL. died March 18, 2024, at Advent Health Orlando Hospice. She was born January 10, 1941, in Ft Meade, FL, the daughter of James R. and Lorene E. (Bass) Singleton.
She married Wade L Davis Jr. on June 13, 1959, in Punta Gorda, FL, who passed away on November 5, 2021, after celebrating 62 years of marriage.
Vivian is survived by Kelly L. (Davis) Schaffer (daughter) Orlando, FL; Wade L Davis III (son) Groveland, FL; Grandchildren: Wade L Davis IV, Jacob Schaffer, Nathaniel Schaffer, Harrison Davis, Shane Davis, and Emma Davis.
Vivian’s passion was competing in tennis, winning her first tournament at Boca Lago in 1976. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family playing cards, antiquing, and traveling. Her greatest source of joy was loving her family with a forgiving and generous heart. She adored animals and through the years had many pets, loving each of them as family. Vivian generously donated to countless charities including many in support of animals.
A Memorial service will be held 12 – 2 pm, April 5, 2024, at Robert’s Funeral Home Ocala, 606 SW 2nd Ave, Ocala, FL 34471.
