It is with great sadness we share that Pam Norfleet, our beloved mother and sister, passed away on Friday, March 15th after a long health struggle. She fought as long as she could, but in the end her body just gave out.
She had many friends from her 40 years of teaching, mostly in the Marion county school system at Wyomina Park Elementary, through Garden Club, or her over 25 years at Barnes and Noble.
Mom didn’t want to have any funeral services. She requested to be cremated and the family will spread her ashes in her most favorite place, Tanglewood in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, this summer.
She is survived by her children, Kimberly Paquette of Newport, RI, David Norfleet of Atlanta, GA, her sister Cynthia Southworth of Williamsburg, VA, and her brother David Short of Hickory, NC.
