To the Editor:
This is 2024 and Verizon cell service is not any better. You can be almost anywhere in the middle of Ocala and not even be able to make a call, no less use the internet.
So I have called several times, and all I hear is, “We are having cell tower issues.” Amazing how the tower issues have been going on forever. I think they have oversold their services. But yet they want your money every month.
I have 10 devices on my line, so I pay a huge price. I don’t know who to go to because they really don’t care about their customers. They only care about the revenue they bring in each month. There are other options but I’m not sure if they would be any good either.
