I’ve been a resident of Ocala for the last six (6) years, and a resident of central Florida since 1991. Never before have I encountered so many frustrating issues in all matters than what I have had with Zito Media, the Internet provider in my area, SW 200. Zito Media has no business offering Internet services. I work out of my home and cannot find a job servicing companies over the Internet because of connectivity problems. Every time I applied, I got accepted, but when they checked my Internet connectivity, they informed me that my service “does not meet their service area criteria”. As a general occurrence when I’m working, I get disconnected and all the job is lost. In addition, they never credit the non-service time. Sure they bill, but never credit for the non-service time. Then, when calling Zito Media, the reps instead of resolving the issues, said “that’s not true” and simply call customers liars. I cannot understand why the government makes us use and pay for such a lousy and worthless service instead of establishing an open choice between the existing companies. Believe me Spectrum and Cox are the best Internet choices compared to Zito Media, which for me, is the most worthless and abusive Internet provider.
