20-acre farm in northwest Ocala listed for $2.35 million

A 20-acre farm in northwest Ocala was recently listed for sale for $2,350,000, less than a year after it was purchased by a North Carolina-based company.

According to listings on Zillow and Realtor.com, the property was listed on Saturday, October 21 and features a home, a block barn, and multiple storage buildings and paddocks.

Property records show that the home was built in 1980 and has undergone a series of renovations in the past year, including the installation of a new heat pump and a new roof.

The 4,140-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms; an open, oversized living room; a fireplace; a pool with a large patio; a large sunroom; and spacious guest rooms, according to the property’s Zillow listing.

The barn on the property features 12 stalls, a tack room, and a bathroom, as well as a separate shedrow barn that offers an additional 6 stalls.
