Marion County residents looking to cast their votes to nominate the next President of the United States still have a chance to vote early before next Tuesday’s primary.
Early voting for the 2024 Presidential Preference Primary Election began last Saturday and will continue until this Saturday, March 16.
Only those registered as Republicans and Democrats in the state of Florida may cast their votes in the primary. Along with the other states, the primary elections are used to elect a nominee to represent his/her respective party.
There are approximately nine early voting locations across the county. They are as follows:
- Marion County Election Center – 981 NE 16th Street, Ocala
- Belleview Public Library – 13145 SE Hwy 484, Belleview
- Deputy Brian Litz Building – 9048 SW Hwy 200, Ocala
- Dunnellon Public Library – 20351 Robinson Road, Dunnellon
- Forest Public Library – 905 S Hwy 314A, Ocklawaha
- Freedom Public Library – 5870 SW 95th Street, Ocala
- Reddick Community Center – 4345 NW 152nd St, Reddick
- Silver Springs Shores Community Center – 590 Silver Road
- The Villages Mulberry Center – 8445 SE 165th Mulberry Lane, The Villages
Those unable to vote early will be able to cast their votes on Tuesday, March 19.
