The Early Learning Coalition of Marion County’s weekly series of parental, educational workshops will begin this week at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center.
The six “Parents as Teachers Workshops,” which are free and open to the public, will take place on Thursdays, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., beginning on May 4 and running through June 8, 2023.
The workshops will teach parents fun and educational activities that promote early learning for children. In addition, participants will receive educational toys.
According to ELCMC, families that attend all six workshops will receive a $250 gift card during the last session on Thursday, June 8.
