A 22-year-old man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman walking on an Ocala trail and asked her to use his phone to film him for his OnlyFans account.
On Sunday, Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Greenway Trailhead located at 4255 SE 58th Avenue in reference to an indecent exposure incident.
Upon arrival, they made contact with the female victim who advised that a man had “exposed his penis to her,” according to the arrest report.
The man was later identified as Tre’on Lamar Griffin.
The victim advised that while she was walking on the trail, she saw Griffin sitting on various benches.
At one point, while standing in a shaded area, Griffin allegedly stated that he wanted to ask her a question, according to the report. Moments later, the victim stated that she stepped into the shade so she could see Griffin.
According to her statement, Griffin’s penis was allegedly “fully exposed (and) in his hand.”
The victim claimed that Griffin then asked the victim to hold his phone so he can “get a better angle for (his) OnlyFans,” according to the report.
The victim stated that she declined, and she quickly walked away from Griffin while warning others in the area to stay away from him.
The report stated that an MCSO corporal made contact with Griffin at the incident location.
After being read his Miranda rights, Griffin claimed that he was “peeing in the woods next to the trail” when the victim walked by. He stated that he apologized as the victim continued to walk away.
The corporal noted in the report that when Griffin’s vehicle was being secured at the scene by a deputy, a green leafy substance was observed “in plain view” in a jar located in the cup holder.
The substance, which weighed 7.5 grams, later field-tested positive for marijuana. Griffin told law enforcement that he does not have a medical marijuana card.
Griffin was arrested and transported to Marion County Jail. He was released the following day after posting a $2,000 bond.
He is now facing the following charges: indecent exposure of sexual organs and possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams).
A court date has not been scheduled yet, according to jail records.
