A restaurant that will offer Caribbean dishes in a tropical backdrop is gearing up to open in Belleview.
Tropical Vibes Restaurant & Bar has plans to open at 11008 SE 66th Terrace in Belleview over the coming weeks. The restaurant says it has been working through inspections and “approvals” and plans to open on Wednesday, November 1.
The restaurant features a variety of Caribbean and classic American dishes.
Among its main dishes are multiple types of fried rice and chow mein that are prepared with different proteins. The restaurant also prepares curry with either goat, chicken, or duck.
The menu also features an extensive traditional menu, including cheeseburgers, wings, chicken sandwiches, quesadillas, and popcorn shrimp, to name a few.
In addition to its food, Tropical Vibes offers multiple, specialty tropical drinks, including Bahama mamas and piña coladas.
