Man steals wallet at Dollar General and uses victim’s credit cards, Marion deputies say

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the community to identify a man who allegedly stole a wallet and used the victim’s credit cards to make purchases at two local stores.

On February 10, 2024, the male suspect (pictured below) stole the victim’s wallet while inside the Dollar General located at 13415 SE 47th Avenue in Belleview, according to MCSO.

After the theft was committed, the sheriff’s office stated that the suspect proceeded to use the victim’s credit cards to make purchases at Dollar General. He then went across the street to Quick King, where he allegedly made additional purchases while using the victim’s cards.

The theft suspect appears to have several tattoos on his arms.

“Since this person decided to steal, let’s share his photo to find out who this thief is and get him off our streets,” stated MCSO on social media.
